Mindfulness
Here at CAMMI, we believe that mindfulness is the first step to healing and restoring our inner selves and retaining our sense of peace. Through our program, the goal is to embrace the power of being able to look within by utilizing various techniques through mindfulness practices and group workshops to give our girls the tools to relieve themselves of any stress, anxiety, and trauma they may be experiencing.
